Event Planner, Producer / Fashion Model/ Interior Designer/ Shuffler

Kylie is a Certified Meeting Professional, born and raised in Gilroy, California. After high school she received an athletic scholarship to play softball at San Francisco State University and received her degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism with an emphasis in Event Planning. During her last semester of college, she interned at SF Event Venues/The Winery San Francisco on Treasure Island and was hired on full time after she graduated as an Event and Sales Coordinator. After two years of coordinating and executing more than 200 events from weddings, social galas, corporate conferences, holiday parties, employee appreciations, Kylie left the winery and became an Account Executive and Operations Coordinator for SF Green Space. SF Green Space was a certified green, high-tech event venue in the Financial District and catered to corporate and tech companies such as Google, Facebook, Stich Fix, Pandora, Uber and many more!

When SF Green Space closed, Kylie became an Executive Assistant for the owners of SF Green Space to assist them with their other company, Selling Energy. After 6 months, Kylie missed the hustle and bustle of the event industry and landed a job at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (SF Fed) as an Event Planner in 2017.

In May of 2020, when everyone was sent to work from home, Kylie became an essential worker for the bank’s Cash department due to staff shortages. In this mission critical role, she was a Cash Handler and worked on the high-speed production line, processing notes and mint. She was then brought into the Cash Team’s administration office and helped with various projects including inventory for machinery and keeping track of the general ledger for machinery parts. After this four-month assignment, Kylie went back to the SF Fed’s Meeting + Event Solutions Team full time as an Event Planner again managing all on-site essential meetings and events in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

As the bank opened its doors to employees this passed summer, Kylie has been leading and managing the overall strategy and production of in-person, virtual and hybrid events. She oversees all day-of engagement production activities and leads other producers, technologists, and business partners to ensure engagements are executed efficiently, meet strategic objectives, and business partner and attendee expectations.

Kylie loves creating and designing! When she is not producing events at the Fed, you can find her walking the runway in fashion shows, working on her shuffling dance moves, decorating her home and the most recent “Unicorn’s Den,” (her home office). She also loves spending time with her husband, loved ones and exploring new places near and far.
